I work at a library and read a ton! I read UF, PNR, SF and the young adult versions of the above. I'm currently reading the heck out of new adult so you can say I read contemp romance, too! I work at St. Clair County Library System - Main Branch, Port Huron, Michigan.
Grave Witch (Alex Craft, Book 1)
Awesome 1st book in a series!! Never too much info, just enough left open to build on. I think the grave witch is a very original idea and her world building is great. I agree, a tiny bit of Anita is there, throw in fun with Merry's Fae, but I was reminded more of Rachel and the Hollow series. I think her world and characters are original enough to make the series really take off. I can't wait for the next book and I hope it goes longer than the 3 books she's contracted for!!!Still great the second time around. Now onto "Grave Dance"...
